SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to package our products properly to resist damage during shipment. If your order arrives damaged please refuse the order and/or contact us immediately. If possible please take photos of the product and the packaging so that a claim may be filed with the carrier. Fedex and UPS require that all packaging be returned with the product for examination. If you suspect damage in shipping, please refuse to receive your package and immediately contact us as info@aeoluspet.com

LIMITED WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Aeolus warrants to the initial purchaser only for the products manufactured by it that such products are free from defects in materials or labor for 1 year subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in this term. 

The warranty period shall run from the date of delivery to the customer. If within the applicable warranty period, a product proves to be defective, Aeolus will repair or replace the product, as Aeolus's sole discretion, conditional upon the customer's written notice of the defect within fifteen (15) days after its discovery. Upon receipt of the customer's notice, Aeolus shall advise the customer whether it plans to repair or replace the product or part.

 

Aeolus obligation is solely limited to repair or replacement of a defective product or part and in no event shall Aeolus be liable for transportation from or to Aeolus offices or any other expense which may arise in connection with the Limited Warranty.

The customer agrees to comply with all instructions and specifications furnished by Aeolus relating to installation, care and application of products sold. The customer agrees that it will not modify, misapply, or misuse such products in any manner including one that would deviate from the products' intended use. Any repairs, alteration or service provided by parties other than Aeolus, or its authorized representative may void this Limited Warranty. The warranty does not apply if the product or its components have been damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, damaged in an accident, unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, or damaged due to any act of nature. 

All sales are final. As a responsible retailer we cannot accept returned pet equipment or crates due to Parvo Virus, parasites, worms, Giardia, mange, ringworm, kennel cough, canine influenza, etc. We cannot accept the responsibility should a used piece of equipment be contaminated.

 

We do not accept trade-ins. We will be happy to answer your questions when making a final decision to purchase your equipment.

Please do keep in mind that once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once we are assured that the equipment was never opened.

All returned products must be in the original packaging, and in original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, modified, abused or misused as stated above. All return cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All products being returned for any reasons or delivered for repair service (whether or not pursuant to our Limited Warranty Terms) must receive advance authorization from Aeolus Pet Products. Contact us for any returns, questions, or warranty claims. Before any items are returned, Aeolus will require pictures of the product or component being returned.
